By accessing or using Thrive Financial’s services, you accept these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Thrive Financial is not a law firm, and no part of this platform constitutes legal advice. The platform provides financial data organization, AI-assisted document analysis, and forensic reporting tools intended to support — not replace — qualified legal and financial professionals.
Specifically, the following do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice:
- AI-generated summaries, interpretations, or red-flag findings
- Reports, PDFs, or settlement proposal outputs generated by the platform
- Asset valuations, income estimates, or cash-flow analysis
- Any guidance surfaced through the Help module or in-app coaching
No use of this platform creates an attorney-client relationship, a CPA-client relationship, or any other professional engagement. You are solely responsible for consulting licensed attorneys, certified financial advisors, forensic accountants, or other qualified professionals before acting on any information derived from this platform.
Thrive Financial expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on platform outputs in legal proceedings or financial decisions without independent professional review.
User Responsibilities

- Protect login credentials and immediately report unauthorized access.
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and personal or professional divorce-related matters.
- Refrain from reverse-engineering, probing, or disrupting our infrastructure.

Thrive Financial owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, models, and documentation. Except as expressly granted, no license is conveyed. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations or to protect the platform.
