The Thrive Financial Incident Logger app does not collect any data. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process any of your information on our servers. The app is designed to function fully offline, giving you complete control and privacy over your incident records. You can choose to export or share your data directly from the app, but this is entirely optional and under your control.

How We Use Information

We do not collect or use any of your data. The app operates entirely on your device, and we have no access to your incident logs or attachments. The features of the app are designed to work without any data transmission to our servers. You can use all functionalities, including creating, editing, searching, and exporting your incident records, without any data ever leaving your device.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share your data with any third parties because we do not have access to it. Any sharing of your incident records is entirely up to you. You can choose to export your logs and attachments to share with attorneys, partners, or collaborators, but this is done directly from your device without any involvement from us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. The app is designed to give you full control over your data, and we have no access to it at any point.

Device Permissions

We request permissions only when needed for features you use:

  • Camera & photos/files. Attach evidence such as images, videos, and documents to your incident entries.
  • Location (optional). Add location context to an incident; stored only when you choose to include it.

Security & Retention

  • All data is stored locally on your device, protected by your device’s security measures (e.g., passcode, biometrics).

Your Choices & Rights

  • View, edit, and delete incident entries and attachments directly in the App.
  • Export records (e.g., PDF or CSV) to share with trusted recipients.
  • Control optional permissions (camera, microphone, location, notifications) in your device settings.

International Use

The App is developed from the United States. We apply the same safeguards regardless of where you use the App.
